Please read the following terms before listing your car in the auction.
You must be the registered owner of the car or formally authorised by them, and the car must be free of any lien or fines that would block a transfer of ownership.
The registration card and inspection photos you upload must be current and belong to the car being listed. Any mismatch stops the listing.
Listing a car does not mean it is accepted. Every request goes through a technical review, and you may be asked for a further inspection or clearer photos first.
The sale inspection fee falls due once the car is accepted into the auction and covers the technical inspection and the photography. It is not refundable once the inspection has been carried out.
The price you enter is an estimate and does not commit the auction to any opening price. The opening price is agreed with you before the session begins.
Once the car is awarded you undertake to complete the transfer of ownership to the buyer within the agreed period, and to hand the car over in the condition it was listed in.
