This auction is subject to the owner's approval; the highest bidder will be notified of the outcome (acceptance or rejection) within 72 hours of the auction's conclusion.
Any bid placed on a vehicle during the final two minutes of the scheduled closing time will extend the bidding period by an additional two minutes.
It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the vehicles.
Vehicles are sold on an "as-is" basis; no warranties are provided.
Participation in the auction constitutes implicit acceptance of the vehicle's condition.
The buyer must pay the vehicle price, auction fees, and commission within 72 hours of being notified of the owner's approval; failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the sale and forfeiture of the deposit.
Vehicle collection, insurance, and title transfer must be completed within five days of the auction.
